tHE oPPORTUNITY

As of 2024, there is a shortage of 5.1 million affordable housing units throughout the United States. Through the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program (LIHTC), our Federal, State, and Local Governments provide tax credits, grants, and subsidized loans to develop the much-needed housing supply. These programs have been used for years and have significant annual budgets. They offset traditional development expenses, allowing for new and untapped opportunities. Our team has a proven process for identifying undervalued properties for acquisition, which can be sold into these LIHTC developments for substantial capital gains.

INVESTMENT STRATEGY

Our approach ensures we deliver high returns to our investors while tackling the affordable housing crisis. Our three-step investment strategy is as follows:

1. Acquire properties in underserved markets;

2. Entitle the properties under the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program (LIHTC) and
